This Hudl U.S. State Specific Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in the Hudl Privacy Policy for residents of the States of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas and Montana as applicable (“consumer(s)” or “you”).If you are a resident of the States of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and Montana, the terms “consumer(s)” and “you” only include such residents in their individual (personal) or household capacity (and not in their capacity as part of an organization, including, for example, as representative of a club, team, or organization or as an athlete or coach on a team).
We adopt this notice to comply with disclosures requirements of the following state laws (“State Privacy Laws”):
Any terms defined in these State Privacy Laws have the same meaning when used in this State Specific Privacy Policy. For this State Specific Privacy Policy and the Hudl Privacy Policy,

This State Specific Privacy Policy does not apply to workforce-related personal information collected from California-based Hudl employees, job applicants, or similar individuals. If you apply for a job with Hudl, you will be provided with our applicant privacy policy. If you are a California-based Hudl employee, you will be provided with our employee privacy policy.

In particular, we collect the following categories of personal information from consumers, and have collected such information within the last twelve (12) months (from the date of this State Specific Privacy Policy), depending on which of our products or services were used by consumers:

b. Exercising Your Rights to Know or Delete
To exercise your rights to know or delete described above, please submit a request by emailing us at support@hudl.com. Only you, your Authorized Agent (as described below) or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, such as a parent or legal guardian submitting a request for their child, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information.
If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, or Montana consumer, you may authorize another person or entity to submit an access or deletion request on your behalf (an “Authorized Agent”). As part of our verification process, we will require proof concerning their status as an Authorized Agent. We may also require you to directly confirm with us that you provided such person or business entity with permission to submit the request. An Authorized Agent can submit access and deletion requests by emailing us at support@hudl.com. This option is not available for Utah or Virginia consumers.

Hudl may use de-identified data in some instances. Hudl either maintains such data without attempting to re-identify it or treats such data as personal information subject to applicable law.
d. Personal Information Sales and Sharing Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
Sharing or Targeted Advertising - Hudl may "share" (as defined under the CCPA) your personal information in certain cases or may use your personal information for Targeted Advertising (as defined under State Privacy Laws). For example, if you have a Hudl Fan account, we may disclose information to advertising partners, advertising technology companies, and companies that perform advertising-related services in order to provide you with more relevant advertising tailored to your interests on the Hudl products and services. This information may include identifiers such as your IP address, advertising identifiers, your email address, your internet or other electronic network information such as your interaction with an ad, and geolocation data.
Sales - Hudl may disclose certain information about you for purposes that may be considered a “sale” under State Privacy Laws. For example, where athletes have opted into recruiting on the Hudl platform, Hudl provides your personal information to verified recruiters as described in the Hudl Privacy Policy. Additionally, Hudl may share game video, highlights, and other content on our products or services with customer or third party consent; such sharing may be considered a “sale” under the State Privacy Laws in certain cases. Hudl may also share your personal information with third-party streaming content providers as described in the Hudl Privacy Policy.
California residents - If you are age 16 or older, you have the right to direct us to not "sell" or "share" (as either term is defined in the CCPA) your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). California residents we actually know are under 16 years old (and at least 13 years old) must give us affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) in order for us to sell or share their personal information. California residents we actually know are under 13 years old must have their parent or guardian give us affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) in order for us to sell or share their personal information. California residents who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.
Exercising your rights - To exercise the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or use for targeted advertising under the State Privacy Laws, you or your Authorized Agent (certain states only) may submit a request to us by sending an email to support@hudl.com or visiting the following link: https://www.hudl.com/support/contact. Alternatively, you may submit a request by submitting the following form: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by submitting a request to support@hudl.com.
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

e. Other California Privacy Rights
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our websites that are California residents (using the websites in their personal or household capacity) to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
